FAQ'S

Do we offer refunds?  We do not offer refunds on custom gear with name or numbers, unless there is an error on our part, no exceptions. If you are completely not satisfied with your order, we will provide a refund if that is your choice with the exception of any items with name or #. Once all items from the order are returned to us, your refund will be issued. 

If there is a size issue, will you replace items with correct size free of charge? We do have size charts available, so we ask that you check those before purchasing. In some cases, we will offer a ONE-TIME courtesy exchange free of charge. This will be one time only per customer, so if you exchanged for a size issue in the past, we will not offer one again.  

What if my item is not done correctly or damaged/defective? We will 100% redo the item correctly and do an exchange. There will be no charge. 

What if I decide I just do not want my order anymore? Can I get a refund? If your order has been completed, you are responsible to keep it. If we have not made it yet, we can certainly cancel & issue a refund.
